Where did the time Go? – (Bonus Lesson)

1. Praying together (Praying with your significant other will draw the 2 people closer as you will hear what is on the heart of your partner. Praying together is also an intimate act. Two are becoming one as you pray together to God.)

2. Dancing together (Dancing together allows for 2 people to have to be in sync to dance together well. Dancing is also an intimate act as both people connect through the vibration in the music with rhythm and syncopation).

3. Singing together (Singing together allows for 2 people to connect through music and become one voice. Singing is also an intimate act as both people can connect through the music and harmonizing). In addition music is an intimate act because music uses both sides of the brain and has the ability to make you recall exactly where you were when you first heard the song).

4. Sex Together (We become one with everyone we have sex with).

Women can appreciate the word C.A.R.E.S.S to make them happy. C= Consistency from a man A= Appreciation from a man R= Romance from a man E= Emotional support from a man S = Security from a man S = Sex from a man Sex is last as all the other aspects of intimacy are important before she is in the mood.

Men can appreciate the word A.S.S to make them happy. A= Appreciation from a woman S = Sex from a woman S = Sandwich from a woman (Don’t forget that some men need a man cave as well.) View the man cave as a place he uses to recharge.
